The service

PriceCraft provides tools for market replay, trading practice, record keeping, and, where available, broker-connected trading. Features and availability may change. Historical market data is not included; you are responsible for obtaining and importing it.

Trading risks

Trading can result in financial loss. PriceCraft is a software tool, not a promise of profit or a substitute for your own judgment. Simulated results do not guarantee live results. You remain responsible for your trading decisions, broker account, settings, and compliance with your broker's terms and applicable law.

Broker connections and automated trading depend on third-party services, market conditions, and technology that can fail or behave unexpectedly. Review your settings and monitor activity.

Your account and content

Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your activity and for having the rights to data and content you upload. Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access.

You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit PriceCraft and its service providers to process that content as needed to operate and support the features you choose to use.

Pro subscriptions

If paid Pro subscriptions are made available, applicable pricing, billing periods, and checkout details will be shown before purchase. Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time. Payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law continue to apply.

Availability and updates

PriceCraft may be interrupted for maintenance or affected by network, device, or third-party failures. We may update features and software over time. Keep your own copies of information that is important to you.

Acceptable use and access

You may not use PriceCraft unlawfully, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or users, investigate misuse, or comply with law. You may stop using the service and delete your account.

Third-party services

Services operated by brokers and other third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. PriceCraft does not control those services.

Warranty and liability

PriceCraft is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or any trading outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or limits liability where applicable law does not allow it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version will be available on this page, and we will provide notice when required by law.
