Information you provide

When you create an account, we handle your name, email address, and account credentials. You may also provide a profile photo, contact us, or use the synced journal to store trading records, notes, and screenshots.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides account information such as your name, verified email address, Google account identifier, and profile photo.

Journal information can include broker and account identifiers, trading activity, amounts, results, notes, and images you choose to sync. Please avoid including information you do not want to store in your journal or send to support.

Information from your use of PriceCraft

We handle information needed to operate and secure accounts and desktop sessions. If analytics is enabled, PriceCraft uses PostHog to collect information about how the service is used, including account and product events. The free experience may include sponsored content and related interaction measurements.

How information is used and shared

We use information to provide and secure the service, support accounts, maintain the journal, understand product usage, and respond to requests. Service providers may process information to provide hosting, storage, email, analytics, or authentication. Google handles Google sign-in when you choose it. Bunny provides storage and content delivery for certain files.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, our use may be based on providing the service you request, complying with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in security and improving PriceCraft, or your consent. You may withdraw consent where we rely on it; this does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Cookies and similar technologies

PriceCraft uses cookies or similar storage for functions such as keeping you signed in and maintaining preferences. When enabled, analytics may use browser storage to understand use of the service. Browser settings can limit or remove stored data, though some features may not work as expected.

Retention and security

We consider the purpose of the information, account status, security needs, applicable legal obligations, and the availability of backups when determining retention. Account deletion may not immediately remove information from backups or third-party services. Contact us if you have questions about your information or a deletion request.

We use safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

International processing

PriceCraft and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply.

You can update account information in your settings and request account deletion through the application. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access to, correction or deletion of your information, a copy of it, restriction of its use, or object to processing.
